Groundbreaking ceremony of Flamingo Hai Tien project

Following previous successful projects, Lam Hoang Anh continued to receive the trust of General Contractor Phuc Hung Holdings to be assigned with the construction of the contract package “Pile construction, raw construction and exterior finishing of Mini Hotel series” belonging to the Flamingo Hai Tien marine eco-tourism and resort project, Thanh Hoa province. On the morning of February 16, 2022, Lam Hoang Anh and General Contractor Phuc Hung Holdings held a groundbreaking ceremony for the package. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Employer of Flamingo Group, Apave Supervision Consulting Group.

Located at the tip of Linh Truong beach, just 160km from Hanoi, Flamingo Hai Tien will bring the appearance of a city right in front of the sea which is vibrant, brilliant and prosperous, a space of light and shopping cuisine, of entertainment and endless enjoyment. The Mini Hotel complex is the highlight of the project, the first type of beachfront resort hotel in Linh Truong. Mini Hotel integrates the benefits of “3 in 1”, combining resort, investment and business, possessing outstanding advantages compared to traditional hotels.

In this project, Lam Hoang Anh will execute all structural items, complete the external finishing of 33 hotel apartments.

With our experience in construction of similar projects, even during a difficult time affected by the Covid 19 pandemic and market fluctuations, we are confident to continue completing the contract package to ensure quality and progress, contributing to the overall success of the project, meeting the expectations of the General Contractor, the Employer, the Consultant and the General Contractor.
