VIJAKO organized summer trip 2022 at Flamingo Cat Ba Hotel – Hai Phong

From 24/7 – 26/7/2022, VIJAKO organized a trip for travel – sightseeing – vacation for all staff and their relatives at Flamingo Cat Ba Hotel. The trip ended well and had many impressions creating solidarity and closeness among members of VIJAKO family.

VIJAKO always pays attention to welfare and spiritual life for employees. In which, leisure travel is one of the activities that VIJAKO’s Board of Directors is interested in. After more than 2 years due the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, tourism activities had to be suspended to ensure safe epidemic prevention and now when the epidemic is under control, VIJAKO has organized a summer travel program for the year 2022. In addition to the purpose of engaging employees and encouraging morale, helping to regenerate the energy, the trip is also a gratitude from the Board of Directors for the dedication efforts of all employees in the past year.

In order to strengthen the solidarity and exchange between departments and divisions, during the trip, besides leisure and sightseeing activities, VIJAKO organized Team Building on Tung Thu Cat Ba beach. Cat Ba weather was hot in the afternoon, but the atmosphere of VIJAKO’s Team Building was even hotter. The playing teams “burned” with their best, united, made efforts in each activity and brought about the highest results.

The highlight of the summer trip 2022 is the Gala Dinner at Flamingo Cat Ba luxury hotel. With the theme “Solidarity for Development”, Gala has left many different emotions for each person and brought many memorable and exciting moments as well as created a joyful and warm atmosphere.

Besides meaningful bonding activities such as Team Building, Gala Dinner, VIJAKO members and their families also enjoyed a memorable vacation time. VIJAKO’s resort location was Flamingo Cat Ba, a resort complex located on the top of Lan Ha Bay, having the most voted beautiful beach in Southeast Asia, the first masterpiece of 5-star high-rise villas with sea frontage and the largest in the North and many other 5-star standards of a high-class international resort.

VIJAKO’s trip to Cat Ba was a great success, as the spirit of safe play, strengthening the spirit of solidarity, contributing to the regeneration of energy, creativity and enthusiasm for VIJAKO members to complete big coming goals.
