“VIJAKO Organizes the Training Program “Information Collection, Exchange, and Processing”

On September 28, 2024, VIJAKO organized the training program “Information Collection, Exchange, and Processing” with the participation of the Executive Board, Head of  Department, Team leaders, and The employees at the 12th floor of Mipec Tower, 229 Tây Sơn, Đống Đa, Hanoi. The program took place in a lively and effective atmosphere.

Building on the success of the previous workshop on information exchange and processing in the workplace, this training program provided employees with a deeper reflection on the current situation and a reassessment of the implementation of the regulations on Information Collection, Exchange, and Processing in recent times.

The program was divided into groups to enhance discussions, with each individual proactively sharing their opinions on difficulties, obstacles, and typical situations encountered during the process of Information Collection, Exchange, and Processing. The members of the Executive Board listened attentively and addressed each related issue in turn.

Through the training session, employees gained a clearer understanding of the contents of the Information Collection, Exchange, and Processing Regulations. Particularly, by addressing typical practical situations, employees learned about various methods and tools for both direct and indirect communication, as well as common errors encountered during the implementation process.

At the conclusion of the training program, employees expressed their desire for the company to regularly organize training sessions on various topics of similar scale, allowing them to share and acquire useful knowledge and skills to support their work. Additionally, the program fostered a spirit of solidarity and strong cooperation between departments and divisions.
