TRAVEL TO HA LONG 2024 WITH VIJAKO

VIJAKO always focuses on the welfare and spiritual life of its employees, in which tourism is one of the activities that the Company’s Board of Directors is interested in.

From August 2^nd to August 4^th, 2024, VIJAKO organized the program of Summer Trip 2024 in the coastal city of Ha Long for all employees and their relatives. This is an activity to show gratitude for the efforts of all employees in the Company, the activity also helps to connect employees and help restore energy after hard working days.

The vacation ended successfully, creating a bond and closeness between members of the VIJAKO family, and the members returned safely after the vacation.

Team Building Through Activities  

On the morning of August 2^nd, 2024, nearly 200 members, including Guests, staff and employees and their relatives, departed for Ha Long. As soon as they arrived in Ha Long, VIJAKO members were immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the Team Building program at Bai Chay beach with the slogan “Connecting strength – Breaking through to success”. Here, staff and employees participated in challenging physical games, requiring smooth coordination and team spirit with hearty laughter and well-coordinated situations to complete the games together.

Continuing in the series of bonding activities, the staff and employees came to the internal football final match with the spirit of “Exchange on the field – Making friends” which brought exciting and joyful moments to the players and fans. Football is also a monthly sports activity maintained at the Company’s site management boards.

On August 3^rd, members of the tour group were free to have fun and explore Ha Long city with programs: visiting Ha Long Bay such as Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, Dragon Stone Island, ectc, Sun World Ha Long park complex, free swimming or shopping.

The highlight of the trip was the Gala Dinner at Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel. Here, the members looked back at the achievements of the Company. Representative of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Van Chien – Chairman of the Board of Directors delivered the opening speech and shared about the achievements and goals of the Company, and expressed sincere gratitude to all staff and employees.

The program continued to be exciting with many games and performances from the staff and employees, their relatives.

The Gala Night left many emotions for everyone and brought many memorable and exciting moments in a happy and cozy atmosphere. The event helped relatives understand more about the hardships, difficulties and characteristics of the Construction industry to accompany and share with the staff and employees.

Closing a Memorable Trip

VIJAKO’s Summer Trip 2024 in Ha Long ended with many profound meanings, many fun programs, companionship and connection. The vacation took place successfully and safely, this will be the motivation to help the staff and employees regain positive energy and solidarity to continue striving to complete the goals.
