CONTINUOUSLY ORGANIZING GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONIES OF BIG PROJECTS – AFFIRMING VIJAKO’S POSITION IN THE DIFFICULT PERIOD OF THE CONSTRUCTION

In the last days of May and early June 2024, VIJAKO was continuously trusted by the Investors Bitexco Group and Viet My Group to award important packages at the project of The Manor Central Park, Ivory Hoa Binh Villas & Resort with a total value of nearly 200 billion Vietnamese Dongs. This once again affirms VIJAKO’s professional construction capacity and reputation with leading Owner in the current difficult period.

BIDDING PACKAGE BP3.5.1 – BLOCK 19 UNDER THE MANOR CENTRAL PARK PROJECT

As a trusted partner of Owner BITEXCO, VIJAKO has just continued to be assigned to implement the bidding package BP3.5.1 – Block 19 under The Manor Central Park project in Hanoi. Before bidding package BP3.5.1, VIJAKO successfully completed the bidding package BP3.4 – Block 15 under The Manor Central Park project, with quality exceeding the expectations of the Owner and Bureau Veritas Management Consulting Unit.

On the morning of May 28^th, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for this bidding package took place solemnly and successfully. Attending the event on the Owner’s side were Mr. Jongho Park – Project Development Manager, Mr. Roderick Low Baylon – Project Manager. Representative of Bureau Veritas Project Management Consulting Unit was Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Project Manager. On the Contractor’s side, there was the presence of Mr. Le Van Chien – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tien – Deputy General Director cum Project Manager, and staff and employees of all parties.

In this bidding package, VIJAKO will be in charge of constructing the foundation phase and underground items for 75 Shophouse units and landscape infrastructure at Block 19 (including 75 high-end Shophouse units located on a plot of land with an area of ​​more than 20,000m2 at the prime location between Block 15 and Dwight International School) under The Manor Central Park project.

BIDDING PACKAGE XL04 UNDER IVORY VILLAS & RESORT PROJECT

VIJAKO has continuously completed ahead of schedule the bidding packages at the project such as bidding packages No. 01, 02, 03, constructing and handing over model villas with modern, luxurious design and optimal functionality within the scope of work includes: landscape infrastructure, mechanical and electrical plumbing (MEP) and fit-out completion. All bidding packages are highly appreciated by the Owner and Customers for their quality and aesthetics, thereby helping the Company continue to be trusted by the Owner and assigned additional bidding package XL-04 constructing rough parts and finishing the exterior of villas in phases 3 and 4 and the remaining villas in phases 1 and 2. This is VIJAKO’s bidding package No. 04 at the project with more than 200 villas with rough construction and finished exteriors and a number of villas with fit-out completion, mechanical and electrical plumbing (MEP) and landscape infrastructure. This also demonstrates compliance with the Company’s orientation in continuing to create trust and reputation for Owner.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 4^th, 2024 at Lam Son luxury eco-resort urban area, Hoa Binh. Attending the event on the Owner’s side was the presence of Mr. Le Vinh Phuc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet My Group, Mr. Le Huy Giang – Director of Archi Reenco Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, on the Contractor’s side there was the attendance of Mr. Le Van Chien – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director, Mr. Do Van Hieu – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and staff and employees of all parties.
