VIJAKO COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF KEY PACKAGE AT LAM HA CENTER POINT PROJECT DEVELOPED BY SUNGROUP

On June 3, 2025, VIJAKO organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Structure and Brick, Plastering Works for Shophouses” package at the Lam Ha Center Point project, a modern commercial townhouse area located in the center of Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province, owned by SunGroup. This event not only marks a significant milestone in VIJAKO’s development journey and further affirms its proven construction management capability and credibility with a prestigious Employer, but also opens up long-term collaboration opportunities.

AFFIRM CAPABILITIES AMIDST A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT

Following the successful execution of Package BT14 at the Sun Urban Ha Nam project, VIJAKO once again earned trust from SunGroup, one of Vietnam’s leading corporations, to undertake the “Structure and Brick, Plastering Works for Shophouses” package, including 52 shophouse units at the Lam Ha Center Point project.

VIJAKO commits to mobilizing its full resources – finance, human, materials, and equipment – to ensure the successful performance of the package.

In the context of a volatile real estate market in 2025 and heightened competition among contractors, winning contracts has become increasingly challenging. However, VIJAKO continues to reinforce its solid position and construction execution capabilities in the construction industry. This is also proof of the trust that SunGroup has placed in VIJAKO since their very first cooperation.

Previously, VIJAKO completed Package BT14 “Construction of Foundations, Basement, and Ground Floor of Villas in Subdivision 4” at the Sun Urban City project – SunGroup’s first high-end urban area in Ha Nam. Despite the urgent 50-day timeline, VIJAKO completed the package, which met strict standards of schedule, safety, and quality.

This project thus marks the second time VIJAKO has had the opportunity to partner with SunGroup – a reputable Employer renowned for its stringent requirements on safety, quality, schedule, and professionalism in construction management, following Package BT14.

VIJAKO successfully organized the groundbreaking ceremony for this package at the Lam Ha Center Point project with the determination and solidarity of the VIJAKO staff.

Winning two consecutive key packages in this first collaboration phase highlights the level of trust SunGroup places in VIJAKO. This event not only reinforces VIJAKO’s construction execution capabilities, but also paves the way for long-term strategic partnerships with reputable Employers in the future.

PROJECT INFORMATION AND SCOPE OF WORK

The Lam Ha Center Point residential area is a modern commercial townhouse project in the heart of Phu Ly city, Ha Nam. Spanning 5.4 hectares, the project offers a variety of products including commercial townhouses, villas, and high-end shophouses. With its strategic location, convenient transportation connectivity, and cohesive design, the project offers an ideal living space and attractive investment opportunities for future owners.

In this project, VIJAKO will carry out the construction of the “Structure and Brick, Plastering Works for Shophouses” package, covering 52 shophouse units with a construction schedule of 90 days.

The package at Lam Ha Center Point demands strict adherence to safety, an accelerated construction schedule, and stringent construction quality. However, with determination, commitment, collective effort, and the support of its staff, VIJAKO will mobilize all resources – finance, human, materials, and equipment – to complete the package on schedule, ensuring occupational safety and delivering the highest construction quality.

Immediately upon handover of the construction site from the Employer, VIJAKO promptly developed detailed plans and mobilized the best resources to carry out the package.
