VIJAKO held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Lam Son high-class ecological resort complex (Ivory Villas & Resort)

On the 26th morning of June, Vijako Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company and Archi Reenco Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company – Employer of Lam Son high-class ecological resort complex (Ivory Villas & Resort) jointly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony and issued the Notice to commence the construction of the Lam Son high-class ecological resort complex (Ivory Villas & Resort) phase 3 and 4 in Lam Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province.

Leaders and Heads of departments of Archi ReenCo Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company and Vijako Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company participated in the Groundbreaking Ceremony.

The Groundbreaking ceremony with the participation of Mr. Le Huy Giang – Executive Director of Archi ReenCo Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company; Mr. Le Van Chien – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vijako Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company, and leaders, heads of departments of both parties and many delegates and guests.

Ivory Villas & Resort is the leading large-scale resort villa project in Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province with a total area of 66 hectares, surrounded by more than 2,000 hectares of natural forest land with an investment capital of about VND 800 billion.

Through a strict and rigorous selection process from the Employer, Vijako Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company (VIJAKO) has received the trust and been assigned to carry out Package No. XL34-01 – Structure works and finishing exterior walls for 55 villa units of phase 3 and phase 4.

In order to contribute to the completion and operation of the Ivory Villas & Resort project, VIJAKO will focus resources to ensure the quality and schedule of the contract packages as committed; strictly complies with the provisions of the law.
