VIJAKO BREAKS GROUND ON THE 30-LEVEL CT2 TOWER – COMMERCIAL, SERVICE, AND TOURISM ZONES 01, 02, 03, AND AT D AREA – SUN CENTRO TOWN – HA LONG OCEAN PARK PROJECT – BAI CHAY, QUANG NINH

Building upon the success and reputation established at the Sun Urban Ha Nam Project and the Sun Sales Gallery Ha Long Project, VIJAKO has once again been entrusted by the Developer, Sun Group, to execute the package: “Construction of Structural Works, Embedded Sleeves, and Brick & Plastering Works for Tower CT2” – Sun Centro Town, Ha Long Ocean Park Project. This is a large-scale, 5-star development with strict requirements for technical engineering, quality, and schedule.

Located in Bai Chay, Quang Ninh, Sun Centro Town (part of the Ha Long Ocean Park Project) is a complex of three 30-level tower featuring 2,900 luxury resort apartments. Within the overall master plan of Sun Centro Town, VIJAKO is in charge of the construction package for Tower CT2, which consists of 01 basement level (approx. 4,500 m²) and 30 levels above ground with a total gross floor area (GFA) exceeding 72,000 m². The main scope of work includes rough structure construction, MEP embedded sleeves installation, brick, and plastering works. This is VIJAKO’s first high-rise project in partnership with Sun Group, marking a significant milestone that re-affirms VIJAKO’s capability in organizing, managing, and constructing high-rise buildings.

The groundbreaking ceremony was solemnly held on August 11, 2026, with the participation of representatives from the Developer, the Project Management Board, the Supervision Consultant – Construction Technology Center – Institute of Building Science and Technology (IBST), the main contractor VIJAKO, and relevant stakeholders.

The Tower CT2 package sets strict demanding schedule requirements from the beginning, along with the challenge of basement construction taking place during the rainy season. According to the master schedule, key milestones include: Basement roof slab completion in October 2026, Structural topping-out in October 2027, and Handover to customers in late December 2027.

To meet these targets, VIJAKO has identified this as a key project and is prioritizing maximum resources for its execution. The company will mobilize experienced, highly qualified personnel, and a complete fleet of modern machinery and equipment to meet the construction requirements. In addition to the on-site execution team, the Board of Management and departments across the company will closely coordinate and provide continuous support throughout project implementation.

The VIJAKO team is determined to execute the package in compliance with the Developer’s strictest standards, ensuring the project’s successful completion.

Since April 2025, VIJAKO has carried out packages at the Sun Urban Ha Nam Project (comprising nearly 500 low-rise villas and townhouses) and acted as the General Contractor for the Sun Sales Gallery Ha Long Project, consistently satisfying high demands regarding quality, schedule, and safety. Continuing to be selected by the Developer for the high-rise Tower CT2 is clear recognition to VIJAKO’s competence, commitment, and track record.
