HON GAI SUMMER TRIP 2026: VIJAKO – UNITED IN STEP, SHAPING THE FUTURE

From August 6 to August 8, 2026, VIJAKO employees took part in the company’s summer trip in Hon Gai, Quang Ninh, under the theme “United in Step – Shaping the Future.” The trip was not only an opportunity for employees to relax and recharge their energy, but also a meaningful occasion to connect, share, encourage teamwork, and create memorable moments together.

Dynamic Team Building – Strengthening Team Spirit 

The summer trip kicked off on August 6 with an energetic Team Building program on Hon Gai Beach. On the expansive sandy shore, VIJAKO members enthusiastically engaged in collective games, conquering exciting challenges and generated a lively, high-spirited  atmosphere. 

Beyond laughter and relaxation, the challenges called for seamless coordination, mutual support, and solidarity among all participants. The cheers, encouragement, and wholehearted dedication throughout each activity created unforgettable moments, revitalizing everyone and reinforcing team synergy. The message “United in Step” was vividly reflected in every action, collaborative effort, and shared determination across the team.

Workshop: “Pursuing Professionalism – Starting with Simple Actions” 

On August 7, the journey continued with the workshop “Pursuing Professionalism – Starting with Simple Actions,” aimed at raising awareness and gradually developing a more professional working style among VIJAKO employees. 

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Lai Manh Quan, Consulting & Training Expert from the Strategic Leadership Research and Development Institute (SLEADER). Leveraging extensive expertise in management and training, the speaker delivered the topic in an accessible, engaging, and highly applicable manner.

The workshop provided an open forum for employees to reflect on their current work practices, identify areas for improvement, and discover effective methods to boost workplace productivity. The insights and methodologies shared during the session were seamlessly integrated with VIJAKO’s “6 Clear Principles”. 

Thanks to its practicality and relatable approach, the workshop was voted the most favored activity of the 2026 Summer Trip according to an internal survey by the Organization Committee. This feedback highlights the staff’s genuine interest and demand for job-relevant training programs that empower individuals not only to receive knowledge, but also transform them into specific improvements in their daily work.

Gala Dinner – Reflecting on the Journey, Looking Ahead

One of the highlights of the trip was the Gala Dinner, host at Paddington Hotel Halong Bayview.

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the VIJAKO team looked back on the Company’s key activities and milestones, particularly its business performance and achievements during the first half of 2026. 

During the event, VIJAKO’s Leadership Team shared the Company’s direction for the next phase and expressed appreciation to all employees for their efforts and contributions. Each employee, regardless of position or responsibility, contributes to VIJAKO’s development. This collective effort provides a foundation for the Company to continue to move forward steadily toward new goals.

Members immersed themselves in the festive ambiance, exchanged stories, and enjoyed a joyous evening together. Daily work boundaries dissolved, replaced by smiles, warmth, and strengthened bonds.

Three days in Hon Gai brought the VIJAKO collective a wealth of unforgettable experiences—allowing members to bond, share, and recharge after periods of hard work. More importantly, the journey successfully spread the guiding spirit of “United in Step – Shaping the Future,” aligning everyone toward a shared vision, harnessing collective strength, and looking confidently toward the road ahead.  

As the 2026 Summer Trip came to an end, the experiences and connections built throughout the program provided renewed energy for VIJAKO employees as they returned to work and continued working together toward the Company’s upcoming goals.
