VIJAKO ACCELERATES THE PROGRESS OF YEAR-END 2024 PROJECTS

As 2024 draws to a close, VIJAKO’s site management teams are working tirelessly to speed up construction progress.

The cooler weather of late December contrasts with the bustling energy at VIJAKO’s construction sites, such as The Manor Central Park and Ivory Villas & Resort Hòa Bình, where engineers and hundreds of workers are diligently working day and night.

After over two months of implementation, the Block 19 – The Aristo package has successfully completed the topping-off phase for its first row, ensuring the early handover of five priority units as requested by the Owner.

The remaining rows in Block 19 are being constructed at a fast pace, adhering to the schedule, while strictly maintaining safety and quality standards. VIJAKO’s determination not only ensures the committed timeline but also reaffirms its reputation with Partners and Clients.

Although the year-end period poses challenges in mobilizing resources for construction, VIJAKO recognizes the requirements and expectations of Owner. Driven by its commitment and sense of responsibility, VIJAKO has mobilized optimal resources to achieve on-schedule completion, with safety and quality always assured.

Over 150 Villas Delivered at Ivory Villas & Resort Hòa Bình

At the high-end Ivory Villas & Resort Hòa Bình, VIJAKO has reached a significant milestone by delivering more than 150 villas under packages 01, 02, 03, and 04. All the completed villas met the deadlines and were well-received by the Owner and Clients.

For package XL-04, 41 villas have been completed, while 11 remaining units are under construction. These are scheduled for handover in May 2025.
