VIJAKO BROKE GROUND ON THE BLOCK 19 PACKAGE, PHASE II OF THE MANOR CENTRAL PARK PROJECT

On October 5, 2024, VIJAKO officially broke ground on the superstructure package for Block 19 – “The Aristo,” the low-rise section of The Manor Central Park project. Earlier, at the end of September, VIJAKO successfully completed and handed over the “Piling, Foundation, and Underground Works” package for Block 19, on schedule and in full compliance with the quality commitments made to the Owner.

In the context of the challenging economic situation, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors in recent times, the fact that BITEXCO continues to award a 230 billion VND contract to VIJAKO demonstrates trust, goodwill, and the continuation of a long-standing collaboration. Block 19 – “The Aristo” is the final low-rise section for the investor at The Manor Central Park project and has been given the highest quality requirements by the Owner. With VIJAKO’s established capability, reputation, and experience, proven through previous contracts, the company is confident in its ability to successfully complete this package and meet the high and demanding standards set by the Owner.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held with great formality and was attended by representatives from the Owner, including Mr. Jongho Park – Project Development Director, Mr. Chul Hong Ju – Director of the Project Management Department, and Mr. Roderick Low Baylon – Project Manager. From the Project Management Consultant Bureau Veritas, Mr. Nguyễn Tuấn Anh – Project Director, was also present. VIJAKO was represented by Mr. Lê Văn Chiến – Chairman and General Director of VIJAKO, along with leaders, department heads, and staff from all parties involved.
