VIJAKO INDUSTRY SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THE “GREENSHADE CURTAIN FACTORY” PROJECT – A MILESTONE AFFIRMING ITS ROLE AS A COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL CONTRACTOR

On May 9, 2025, VIJAKO Industry Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of VIJAKO Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company, successfully organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the “Greenshade Curtain Factory” project in Ha Nam. This is the first project undertaken by VIJAKO Industry as a comprehensive general contractor, in charge of items from design to licensing consultancy to construction. The event marks an important turning point in the development journey and affirms VIJAKO’s position in the industrial construction market.

Overview of the “Greenshade Curtain Factory” project

The “Greenshade Curtain Factory” project is located at Lot CN02, Dong Van 1 Industrial Park Extension, Bach Thuong Ward, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province. The project is invested in by Lux Decor Vietnam Joint Stock Company, implemented on a total area of ​​10,000m², of which the construction area is nearly 10,000m². The Green Shade curtain factory is built according to international standards, where high-end curtain products under the Modero brand will be produced.

This project invests in modern facilities according to international standards, with a long-term vision and commitment to the Employer’s sustainable development. At the same time, the use of environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving technology is also a highlight of the project.
