VIJAKO HAS BEEN AWARDED THE CONTRACT FOR THE SWIMMING POOL AND EXTERNAL LANDSCAPE OF THE ARISTO SECTOR (BLOCK 19) – THE MANOR CENTRAL PARK AND THE CONTRACT FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE FRENCH CONSULATE.

At the beginning of 2025, VIJAKO was once again entrusted by the Owner BITEXCO with the “Swimming pool and external landscape for Block 19” package, and awarded the contract for the “Renovation of the French Consulate Office in Vietnam” by the Owner of the French Consulate.

At the beginning of 2025, the Owner BITEXCO continued to place trust in and choose VIJAKO as the contractor for the swimming pool and external landscape package for Block 19. Therefore, the high-end sector The Aristo, covering the scope of work from piles and foundations to the swimming pool, infrastructure, landscaping, and finishing, will be fully executed by the main contractor VIJAKO, with a contract value of nearly 260 billion VND.

Previously, VIJAKO was also the main contractor for the construction of Block 15 – The Helia (The Manor Central Park). VIJAKO demonstrated professionalism in the execution of the project, ensuring that Block 15 was completed on schedule and met high-quality standards. It is clear that VIJAKO has earned the trust and high regard of the Owner BITEXCO, continuously being entrusted with projects over time.

Along with the trust from the Owner BITEXCO, VIJAKO is also honored to have earned the confidence of the investor, the French Consulate, by being awarded the contract for the renovation of the French Consulate office in Vietnam.

This project marks the first time VIJAKO has collaborated with a foreign Owner. The contract is of moderate scale but involves many specific requirements. Both the Owner and the project management consultant have set stringent demands regarding the construction process, quality, schedule, security, labor safety, and environmental cleanliness.

The contract for the renovation of the French Consulate Office in Vietnam includes demolition, construction, finishing, interior work, and MEP (full fit-out) – areas of expertise for VIJAKO. With its capabilities, experience, and market reputation, VIJAKO is committed to working closely with the Owner, project management consultant, and all relevant parties to execute the project to the highest quality standards, meeting the schedule, ensuring labor safety, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of the project.
