VIJAKO ORGANIZES ANNUAL HEALTH CHECK-UPS FOR EMPLOYEES IN 2024

Implementing the Employee welfare policy, VIJAKO organized the 2024 Health Check Program from September 6, 2024, to September 11, 2024  for over 100 Employees, divided into two phases. This is one of VIJAKO’s annual activities aimed at protecting and improving the health of the staff. The health check program was organized thoughtfully, conducted in a joyful and professional atmosphere.

Regular health check-ups not only allow Employees to proactively monitor their own health, take preventive measures, and receive timely and effective treatment, but also help the Company’s management evaluate the overall health status of the staff. This enables them to implement appropriate policies and adjustments, ensuring benefits for the Employees as well as the development of the Company.

VIJAKO has partnered with Hanoi Medical University Hospital to organize annual health check-up programs for the Company’s Employees. The Doctors from Hanoi Medical University Hospital are highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated, and the hospital is equipped with modern, specialized equipment, ensuring that all Employees receive accurate and professional examinations and consultations. In addition to performing basic tests and general check-ups, employees underwent procedures such as ultrasound, electrocardiograms, X-rays, blood tests, imaging diagnostics,…. Employees also had the option of undergoing more in-depth examinations based on individual requests.

Each year, Employees working at VIJAKO enjoy the most comprehensive health check-up standards. In addition to the regular health check-up policy, key personnel of the Company are provided with special benefits such as PVI Care insurance and Bao An Sinh insurance.
