In the spirit of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new one, on January 8, 2024, VIJAKO held the Year-End Review Conference for 2024 and the the Year-End Party in a warm, lively, and joyful atmosphere. The event was attended by the full Leadership team, all employees of the company, and invited guests.
This event was even more meaningful as it expressed heartfelt gratitude from the company’s Leadership to all employees who have dedicated themselves and contributed to VIJAKO’s success throughout the past year.

In 2024, the company ensured stable employment and fully provided welfare benefits for its employees. Furthermore, the company implemented many positive policies for its workforce, such as salary increases, providing uniforms, and adjusting working hours.
