With determination and effort to fulfill its commitments to the Owner,“The Construction of the Classroom Block at Tien Son Primary School, Bac Giang” package, carried out by VIJAKO has been completed and handed over ahead of schedule. The project met all requirements in terms of Quality, Safety, and Environmental Hygiene, earning high praise and satisfaction from CapitaLand – The Owner and one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups, headquartered in Singapore.

“The Construction of the Classroom Block at Tien Son Primary School, Bac Giang” package is one of CapitaLand’s charitable projects with profound humanitarian significance, contributing to the local community – Thuong Lat Hamlet, Tien Son Commune, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province. Throughout the implementation process, VIJAKO received support from local authorities, the school’s leadership, and the surrounding community. As a result, VIJAKO completed the construction ahead of schedule and handed over the project to the School, the Town’s Department of Education, and the People’s Committee of Tien Son Commune before the start of the new school year, allowing students to begin their studies on time.

The completion of this project coincides with the milestone of 30 years of CapitaLand’s operations in Vietnam. During the program celebrating CapitaLand’s 30th anniversary in Vietnam, the Investor shared about the Group’s charitable activities through the CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF). Among these was the inauguration of the upgraded Tien Son Primary School, which marks the fifth school under the “CapitaLand Hope School” program in Vietnam. These schools have provided safe and comfortable learning environments for students. The Tien Son Primary School project earned the LOTUS certification from the Vietnam Green Building Council, thanks to its integration of green spaces, sustainability features, and natural ventilation, creating a learning environment in harmony with nature.
