VIJAKO ORGANIZED THE TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF THE CONVENTION CENTER AT DO SON INTERNATIONAL HOTEL PROJECT IN HAI PHONG

With the efforts and determination of all the employees and workers, the Site Management Board of Vijako Company has completed the construction of the reinforced concrete structure of the Convention Center – Ballroom of Do Son International Hotel Project after 60 days and nights of construction and now being topped out on schedule.

On the morning of January 19, 2024, VIJAKO held a topping-out ceremony for the Convention Center item under the package “Construction of technical infrastructure and auxiliary works”, Do Son International Hotel project in Hai Son Ward, Do Son District, Hai Phong City. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Project Management Department of the Nam Cuong Employer and VIJAKO Main Contractor.

The Do Son International Hotel with a prime location in Do Son District, Hai Phong City is a key project of Nam Cuong Group in 2023 – 2024. Vijako is the main contractor implementing the construction of auxiliary works including the convention center, dormitories, technical house, and the entire technical infrastructure, lighting, and landscape with an area of nearly 6 hectares.

Receiving the site handover from November 18, 2023, after nearly 60 days and nights of construction with the maximum effort and determination of the employees and workers, Vijako has completed the construction of the reinforced concrete structure for the Convention Center of Do Son International Hotel Project and topped out on schedule, ensuring safety and quality criteria and receiving high appreciation from the Employer.

The topping out ceremony of the Do Son International Hotel Convention Center went well with Vijako’s considerate preparation.

Although there were many difficulties during the construction process such as design changes, especially the addition of an additional basement, plus the fact that the project’s location is near the sea, the construction of a basement with flowing sand and high water level, with efforts, determination, and unanimity of the Vijako, the support of the Employer and the companionship of the Subcontractors and construction teams, Vijako completed the item and fulfilled its commitment to the Employer.

In the last days of the year, despite much work to be done, Vijako held the topping-out ceremony of the Convention Center with the most thoughtful and complete preparations. The event marked an important milestone in the package, demonstrating Vijako’s determination and companionship with the Employer.
