VIJAKO successfully organized the ground-breaking ceremony for 2 new packages No. 2 & 3 at Lam Son Villas & Resort Project

With the trust and confidence from the Owner Archi Reenco Hoa Binh of Viet My Group, VIJAKO has just been assigned to construct 2 additional packages: Construction of civil works and finishing of the exterior of phase 3 and phase 4 of Ivory Villas & Resort Project with a total value of 165 billion VND.

With the success of package XL34-01, including structural construction and completion of walls of 55 villas in phase 3 and phase 4 of Lam Son Project (Ivory Villas & Resort). Recently, VIJAKO successfully organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the next two contract packages of the project on November 2, 2023. This event not only marks a new development step for the company, but also represents recognition of the tireless efforts of VIJAKO staff throughout the project implementation process.

The Groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Vinh Phuc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet My Group, Mr. Le Huy Giang – Executive Director of Archi ReenCo Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company; Mr. Le Van Chien – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vijako Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company along with leaders, heads of departments from both sides and a large number of delegates and guests.

In particular, the progress of contract package XL34-01 advances by more than 1 month for civil works compared to the contractual schedule.
